My name is Nur Bulut, and I am the founder of Bulut Wellbeing.
I am a psychology‑trained counsellor with a background in social psychology, and I work with expats and internationally mobile professionals who are experiencing work‑related stress, life transitions, or challenges around adjustment and identity.
Having lived and worked across cultures myself, I understand how relocating to a new country can impact not only your career, but also your sense of stability, belonging, and direction. Even positive changes can bring uncertainty, pressure, and emotional fatigue — especially when combined with demanding work environments.
My approach is supportive, reflective, and practical. I offer a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and explore healthier ways of coping with stress, workplace challenges, and life changes. Rather than focusing on labels or diagnoses, I work collaboratively with you to strengthen awareness, resilience, and balance.
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology, am a member of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP), and work in line with professional ethical standards. I also engage in ongoing supervision and professional development to ensure that my work remains thoughtful, ethical, and grounded.
Sessions are offered online, in English and Turkish, making support accessible wherever you are.
At Bulut Wellbeing, I believe that wellbeing is not about “fixing” yourself — but about creating clarity, stability, and space to move forward with greater confidence and self‑understanding.
